1. About us

1.1 Trigger Bell is a trading name of Arcalas Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 04753689, with its registered office at 8 Berber Road, London, SW11 6RZ. Our VAT registration number is 232019157.

1.2 To contact us, email hello@triggerbell.com.

2. Where to buy Trigger Bell

2.1 Our website does not have a checkout. Trigger Bell is sold on Amazon UK, Amazon.com and Amazon.de as stock arrives in each store, and these are our only authorised retailers. Our Buy page links to each store where it is available, and lets you ask to be told when it reaches the others.

2.2 When you buy Trigger Bell on Amazon, the seller is Arcalas Ltd, trading as Trigger Bell, and your sales contract is with us. We are responsible for the seller's obligations to you, including your legal rights, even where Amazon takes payment, delivers your order or handles your return. Amazon's marketplace policies and returns policy also apply, so please read them before you buy. You can normally start an order or return enquiry through your Amazon account.

2.3 Our 5-year warranty (clause 4) is given by us, in addition to Amazon's terms and to your legal rights.

3.1 If you are a consumer, you have legal rights if your Trigger Bell is faulty or not as described. In the UK these come from the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If you live elsewhere, the consumer law of your country may give you similar rights.

3.2 Nothing in these terms, including our warranty, affects your legal rights. Advice about your legal rights is available from Citizens Advice in the UK, or from your local consumer advice service.

4. Our 5-year warranty

4.1 This warranty is given by Arcalas Ltd, trading as Trigger Bell, of 8 Berber Road, London, SW11 6RZ.

4.2 It lasts for five years from the date you bought your Trigger Bell from us or an authorised retailer, and applies worldwide. Contact us if you need help confirming whether a seller is authorised.

4.3 If your Trigger Bell develops a fault during that time, we will replace it free of charge. This is a no-quibble warranty, so there are no exclusions. This voluntary promise is separate from any right to a refund, repair or other remedy you have against the seller under consumer law.

4.4 To make a claim, email hello@triggerbell.com with your proof of purchase, such as your Amazon order number or receipt, a short description of the problem and, if you can, a photo.

4.5 This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your legal rights described in clause 3.

4.6 You can ask us for a copy of this warranty in writing at any time. We will provide it within a reasonable time in a form you can keep.

4.7 You don't need to send your faulty Trigger Bell back. We send your replacement free of charge, including delivery, wherever you are.

4.8 Your replacement Trigger Bell is covered by this warranty for the rest of the original five years.

5. Product information

5.1 The images of Trigger Bell on our website are for illustration. We have made every effort to show the colours accurately, but your screen may not show them exactly, and your Trigger Bell may vary slightly from the images.

5.2 Please follow the fitting instructions supplied with your Trigger Bell, and on our fitting page.

6. Our liability

6.1 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

7. Changes to these terms

7.1 We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top. Changes will not retrospectively alter an existing sales contract or reduce a warranty you already have, including applicable promises in advertising at the time of purchase.

8. Which laws apply

8.1 These terms are governed by English law. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts there. If mandatory consumer law in the country where you habitually live gives you additional protection or rights to bring proceedings in your local courts, nothing in these terms removes those protections or rights.
